I have been going to Dr Goodman for about 5 years. I think that she is wonderful! She is kind and friendly and really cares about her patient's! She takes great care of both me and my daughter! We followed her from Newark to Mt Vernon and would probably follow her to the ends of the earth! We LOVE her! Her staff is very nice as well!

Dr Goodman spent a portion of my consult giving an unsolicited "lecture" defending my (former) primary care physician's terrible office staff and wasted my time with her inappropriate comments. I left her office feeling chastised and insulted. She is rude, belittling, and lacks any empathy, especially since she supposedly has diabetes herself. Also, the GTT she was supposed to order never got ordered,so I have yet to get my testing done. Horrible care, but typical of Knox Community Hospital.

I was interrupted when trying to share information about my condition. Nothing was discussed concerning my health until after the labs were taken and only the labs were used to make decisions and these action steps were communicated to me by the medical assistant and not the doctor. When results needed to be faxed to my other doctor's, the results were limited if not even shared and so my other doctor's were not included. It was a very frustrating experience that I do not recommend!
