The only reason I didn’t leave a 5 star is because there front desk people are rude. I’m over here waiting in the waiting room I ask to use the bathroom one tells me is busy doesn’t even till me where it is , then I ask another and she said I can go to the bathroom when It’s my turn to go in with the doctor. This is unacceptable that I have to wait till my name is called to use the rest room, I’m already in the building Paying a consult the least thing you can do is let me use the damm bathroom. It’s a same I’ve been going to Dr. Rivas for over 8 years he is a great doctor with unprofessional staff is a shame. I can’t deny the fact that Dr. Rivas is one of the BEST doctor I ever had.

Long wait time. Submitted labs to my insurance for non existing conditions. Rude office staff, Vanessa especially. Dirty office and bathroom.

Dr. Rivas is incredibly knowledgable in medical conditions that other doctors seem to misdiagnose or ignore. He has treated several of my family members (including myself) with great success. He is understanding and does not give up until he finds a solution. We are very grateful.

Dr Rivas is incredibly dedicated to helping his patients. I have seen him give many of my family members his undivided attention and care. I have no complaints about his work ethic.
