Overall an excellent physician
Most occasions Dr Lopez takes the time to listen and addresses all my concerns. Some of the office staff is lacking a little. Sometimes I have to message multiple times. Responded to his message on Thursday and Friday last week and still no reply.

What a negligent physician. During a follow-up visit with Dr. Lopez, he diagnosed my sister as having hypothyroidism and HIV. Shocked by both diagnoses, he told my sister that a specialist would contact her, but no one reached out. No answers or comfort were provided. After fretting for 2 weeks, my sister was tested by another clinic that concluded she was HIV negative and Dr. Lopez had wrongly misdiagnosed her. How can a doctor misdiagnose such a life-changing disease?
