I highly recommend Dr Ing for his attentive care.
I have chronic pain from 2 open heart surgeries. Dr Ing has provided me relief from the worst of it…and the worst was bad! His office staff is great. Friendly and courteous. He himself is never rushed, is attentive, and explains treatment to me in a way that I can understand. I count my blessings that he took me on as a patient. Another doctor gave me quantity of life with the surgeries, but Dr. Ing has provided to me quality of life. I highly recommend him as a pain management doctor.

He provided extremely poor care. He did not listen to me even after his treatment produced severe side effects. His care did not help decrease my pain. His bedside manner is poor and treated me like a criminal. Avoid at all costs.

I believe this guy is a discrace to the medical field. He took an oath to be a healer as a Dr.He does not follow that oath.I had two procedures done with him. I wanted to get a second opinion on my medical condition at Cedar Sinai.I eventually came back to UCLA and saw Dr Shamie( great Dr)and was referred to Dr Fish (great Dr.) I had a spinal surgery done by Dr Pouridian (great Dr). I would not even give Dr Ing one star. Dr Ing refused to do post op pain maintenance on me.$100k bill for surgery.

I've had facet syndrome and significant pain from it for 12 years. I have been to a few drs over the years and every one has suggested nerve blocks/epidurals. I am also on a low dose of pain meds to help me get through the day. This guy is the first dr I've been to that said he doesn't think any procedures will help AND he doesn't prescribe pain meds, at least not long term. He essentially told me there's nothing he can do. I've never felt such hopelessness and lack of care from a dr before.
