The Dr was kind and thoughtful at my stay at Bellaire hospital. He worked very quickly. Having a serious mental illness he made me very comfortable the week I saw him.

In for depression, Dr. Rafique prescribed me Abilify, a large amount of Ativan for my body weight (120 lbs), !Respiridone!, and increased my Zoloft to the maximum prescribed dosage. Then I was ripped off Ativan and went through seriously bad withdrawals. To make matters worse, I was then psychologically tortured via pre-recorded fake ads on the hospital TV and through various other means at the Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire. This only heightened my already broken mental state, and I have none other than Dr. Rafique and the rest of the staff involved in my suffering to thank for it. If you are reading this and you work at BHB, I have not forgotten you. Once I'm financially equipped for it and once I have garnered the FBI/police's interest, we will have a date to remember!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)))))))))))))

STAY AWAY! This man is not fit to treat a dog. Cruel, evil and wicked are the most accurate adjectives to describe this monster. His sole purpose it seems is to prey on vulnerable people who are unfortunate to be placed under his care. He should be stripped of his license. He puts on a good show until he is behind closed doors. If you even remotely care about your family member, you will keep them away.

Interestingly enough I’ve never met this man, however his name is on all of my prescription bottles!!! It’s hard to believe that he’s allowed to practice in the state of Texas.

Love this doctor! Dr Rafique is a kind, caring individual who took time out of his busy day to spend 20 minutes on the phone updating me about a loved one. Dr Rafique explained everything and was very patient with my questions. He even gave me his cell number to allay my concerns. We also talked about his years of practice in Chicgao. I wish all doctors were as competent, professional and caring as Dr Rafique.

He detains patients at bellair behavior hospital for his own convinience. I was administer the wrong medicine by him and loss complete consciousness and crack my head open. He gave me medicine for schizophrenia while i was in for depression. His story was its a “mood stabilizer” after i went off on him for seeing me less than 10 minutes in a 4 day period. He has no regards for the wellness of patients and continues to practice psychiatry just to ruin lives even more. Medical board dont care

This dude is one of the directors of the hospital. He is so full of it. He is not in the business of helping people. He’s only there to make the hospital money off patients (inmates) insurance. This guy really does suck. If you end up at Behavioral Hospital of Belair do not accept this man as your doctor.

I was treated by Dr. Rafique while in the hospital and chose to make him my permanent psychiatrist. He is a great listener and very knowledgeable so I trust his judgment. I would highly recommend him.
