Everyone I encountered was pleasant, courteous and respectful. The office was very warm and inviting, the nicest medical office I have ever encountered! The technician who conducted the procedure made sure that I was comfortable and assisted me along with being very helpful. I appreciated the time and care Dr. Adams took to review my MRI scans with my husband and me, even doing a sonogram to assist in determining the probable cause of my medical problem. The very kind and generous offer was extended for me to return for another MRI scan in a couple of months when the present swelling has (hopefully!) improved. This is the practice of medicine with a heart!

Dr. Adams and his staff were amazing. The facility is very warm and comforting, and will answer any questions you may have. Dr. Adams will personally reviews your images with you and discuss any concerns or questions you may have the same day. I would highly recommend New Concepts anyone in the area needing an MRI.

The people here are absolutely amazing! I was welcomed with a warm smile and greeting by the receptionist (She is a sweetheart of a lady) and the doctor was very informative and down to earth. After my MRI, the doctor went over the results with me and asked me about the issues I was having. By the time I left, I was well aware of the condition of my back, and I was able to look and see the images myself as the doctor walked me through it. It was a great experience, and at only a fraction of the usual cost! Also, I received a DVD with all my images on it. I highly recommend anyone who needs an MRI to go to New Concepts. You will not be disappointed!

Great visit, Dr. Adams has a great way of explaining what he sees in ways one can easily understand. My diagnosis was very easy to understand and we had a straightforward path of treatment.

In my book Dr. Adams is the best! He is friendly and explains why you are hurting where you are hurting. The office is very organized and you rarely have to wait. His office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly too. I hope I never have to go anywhere else.

I've spoken to Dr. Adams different times at New Concepts Open MRI in Kirksville, MO. He takes the time to explain the images, and he answers my questions.

Dr Adams was easy to talk to and explained what he saw in a way that I understood. Donna and Kyle ( hope that is the right name) were also very friendly and helpful. I will recommend these people highly.

I had my MRI here in June 2021. I have awesome service. All the staff is super nice & caring. They have an open MRI Machine which is awesome. Over the years I’ve been there 5+ times & they still have all my records to compare them. Dr. Adams spent a whole hour answering my questions & reading my MRI. I’m super satisfied with his knowledge & concerns for me. If you have to have an MRI contract them. ????????????

This is the second time I have been to Dr. Adams - and I came back because my first experience was great. When my doctor's office was going to schedule my MRI elsewhere, but I requested Dr. Adams. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Adams takes the time to look at the MRI and discuss it right then and there. I could ask him questions, and he patiently explained things and showed me things about my knee. Because this was the second time I was there with the same problem, he was able to pull up my first MRI 4 years ago and compare and contrast, which I greatly appreciated. If you need a MRI and want to know what's going on, this is the place to go!

The receptionist was very personable. Kyle was attentive to my needs. Dr. Adams took a lot of time in explaining my results to me in detail.

Dr.Adams explained things so I could understand it. we went over my MRI results and I asked questions. he asked me questions about my problem and helped me to understand the possibilities I had in making a choice for treatment. very nice man. was very relaxed and didn't rush or hurry through it.

Dr. Adams is the best of the best in town. He is a patient’s physician with an unbelievable fund of knowledge and accurate diagnostic skills. I was worried about my rotator cuff but he predicted that I had a frozen shoulder. He listens and explains things well. I found Dr. Adams to be knowledgeable, perceptive and extremely professional. He took time to explain things before and after my shoulder MRI. He even gave me a copy of the images for my file. No complaints – Less emails- Very efficient- In and out in an hour. I must include, it is one of the cheapest MRI scanning services you can get in the United states with most modern equipment. He and his team were kind and courteous. Good Job Dr. Adams! I am impressed!
