He is a good Doctor; not quick to over-prescribe. Has always been thorough with our children. He has ordered tests when the seem necessary and listens to us as parents and the kids.

As a seasoned mother of three I'm no idiot. Dr. Burdett doesn't see it that way. He talked down to me as if I'm a moron, seemed annoyed by my questions and ultimately told me to try honey for my child's horrible cough. By the time I feel it's time to see a doctor, we've done all the homeopathic remedies and need something more. We left his office and went to the local urgent care and they put my child on a breathing treatment immediately and sent us home with steriods. Yes, it was that bad

Dr.Burdett was my daughters Pediatrician since birth(3 1/2 years old) She developed a lump on her forehead which he blew off for over 2 month..saw a different doctor on DEC 22nd, and she was diagnosed with Langerhans Disease that day!..she will have Chemotherapy Treatments for at least a year,due to it being almost to her brain tissue..it's extensive due to the delayed diagnosis..Dr. Burdett on several occasions denied to do blood work, CT Scan, Xrays, etc..I'm disappointed to say the least. :(
