He’s been the only doctor to listen to me
I saw him in 2010 in Washington for a lap to see if I had endometriosis. He was the ONLY doctor who listened to me and within minutes of meeting him, he knew what was wrong with me. I had seen 14 doctors prior that told me I was “causing myself to bleed” and telling me I was basically mental. That tiny surgery changed my life. He moved away and I’ve considered traveling to see him, he literally saved my life— I would have not survived another year with healthcare professionals telling me I was making all my symptoms up.

Loved Dr. Carleo and his staff so much that there was no question I’m having him deliver my next child. I highly recommend him.

Very bad experience. Last year I was pregnant for the first time and after some research I went this dr. with his staff at Las Colinas Medical center and had the worst experience during my pregnancy. Staff was late to respond to my concerns, long waiting time for appointments without any explanation, and all my appointments felt rushed with no education or necessary information provided. My time and feelings weren't valued by these people. I was pretty nervous every time I met them and his nurse even delivered some wrong information without giving us an apology. One of my appointments was rescheduled without me knowing it. Then I waited for my phone notice for my next appointment and turned out he decided to fire me as a patient because he couldn't stand my complaints in the room. Now when we settled down and my baby is growing well I'm thinking of filing a complaint regarding his practice. I'm glad I didn't depend on him to deliver my baby because there was no trust.

I'm new to the area and found this doctor. My husband told me from day one to find another doctor. I saw carleo twice and he gave me bad info. On top, I took off from work this last time, and they leave me standing outside the door, and come back to tell me they don't have recent medical records from blood work which I had to pull up on my phone. And said they couldn't see me because of a cough due to bronchitis which was discussed before. On top, two of his assistants stated it was because he was having a bad day too. So I took off from work for nothing. I IMMEDIATELY found another doctor. They left a pregnant woman standing outside the office for over 20 min trying to decide if I could come in. Very professional. Every visit.

Dr Carleo is awesome. He delivered my first son via csection with very minimal issues. He will be delivering my next baby too. Very pleasant and always asks you to express any concerns or questions. The office is clean and nice, and staff are also very pleasant.

I love this office. It's clean and I'm usually in and out. The front desk receptionist is awesome and my 3-year-old daughter loves her! Dr. Carleo seems pretty down-to-earth and he's answered every little question I've had. The only down side is having to have another C-section. I had a C-section with my previous pregnancy and wanted to try to go all natural this time but unfortunately Dr. Carleo does not do vbacs and said it would be high risk as well. We can't wait to meet our baby girl!
