Professional/Friendly Dr Chang
I have seen Dr Chang for a few years now. The office is great & friendly. I have to cancel some appointments and at times reschedule some appointments. The office has been friendly. Dr Chang explained why my heart was racing and some other medical issues. I found him to listen to my concerns and tried to ease my anxiety. I moved away from the city and now live in the suburbs. We have done virtual appointments or phone appointments at times. Dr Chang is very professional and helpful and great at explaining things.

Extremely difficult to get answer the same day for making an appointment. Was told to go to the ER, I wasn't having an emergency, I was trying to avoid one. At one visit, after getting weighed and vital signs, I went to put my shoes on. He came in and said don't bother with that, please get up on the table, I'm running behind. Not my fault he was running. During a hospitalization, I was to have a procedure and the cardiac team said it would be important, he disagreed. Have new cardiologst

Difficult to get response from phone messages to assistants. Gave me obvious erroneous result from critical testing. When I suggested he didn't have the accurate complete results... he said: How do you know? I explained how I knew. I asked that he check on results and get back to me when he had full results. He said: Don't tell me how to do my job. Turns out he in fact did not have correct results and his advice could have seriously affected outcome of therapy & medications.
