I am a regular customer over the past few years...the provider is pleasant but I had to visit my orthopedic provider to learn I had 3 broken metatarsals since 11.16.19. I was seen at closing time on a Sunday and an xray was taken. No "break" was seen but I was advised an over read next day would occur by radiologists in the Baptist system. No "break" was seen. My foot was not feeling well after 2 weeks in a walking boot. It took a separate visit scheduled online during a weekend for me to get a diagnosis that made perfect sense. With 2 weeks having passed, it was too late now to be non-weight bearing, with my foot iced and elevated daily. It is not the patient's place to advise the clinical staff what to xray. This is a missed opportunity! Please update the waiting room out front..."homey" is not synonymous with germfree

Told me my hand wasnt broken after doing an xray. 2 weeks later, I got a second opinion and found out my hand had be broken. You could see the break in the original xray.

I went in to see him with an acute upper respitory infection, he was kind, effecient and very caring. I wish he did private practice, I would make him my family doctor.
