Drew this dr. at random for a virtual visit. Good visit, he gave me a good explanation about what was going on with me, why he wanted to prescribe what he did, and how to use the meds. Listened and answered my questions. Good experience.

One of the most unproffessional, rudest doctors I have ever met, if not THE most. This doctor does not care about your health. His concern, at most, is to get the visit out of the way, even if that. My son had an appointment with him for back pain. We walk in, they take our temperatures, as to Cov guidelines, and offer us masks. We said "thank you, we have our own facecoverings". The lady upfront said OKAY,vand they let us in. They guided us to a private exam room, and said that the Dr will be in shortly. As me and my son are waiting in this room, we pulled our face coverings down to take a breath before the Dr came in. When he walked in, we pulled up our face coverings and greeted him. He walks in, does not ask the child what his concerns are doesnt properly greet. First question he has is why we refused their masks and why are we sitting down without our faces covered. I replied that we had ours and nobody was in the room but me and my child. He refused to see the child and left.

Dr. Cornell has a wonderful bedside manner. He is patient and he truly listens with sincerity. I appreciate the fact that he takes his time to listen to everything prior to diagnosing. You feel comfortable when he tells you what he believes is the problem. I enjoy having Dr. Cornell as my Physician. I do not know anything about dirty exam rooms. I have been a patient for almost a year and EVERY exam room is clean. The Staff is attentive and they work very diligently. I appreciate this. I worked in the medical field for over 15 years and I have to say, this family practice is ran very well. I Love the staff!!!!!

I came into the office to see Dr. Cornell. I had many problems going on in the morning before! Aches and pains, all over my body. Pain in my entire neck, my upper right side of my back, my legs and both knees , and even pain in the chest. This all started in the middle of month of March 2020. I knew by instinct that this would require a long hot water shower and many types of pain medicine. I used voltaren gel, naproxen pills, mobic pills, and aspirins! That was one hell of a morning shower in pain! After the meeting with Dr. Cornell, I felt better. The Doctor looked at me! I was relieved. He was caring 100%. The office staff left the exam room dirty and I felt uncomfortable and went home much earlier! I needed human higher level caring and I wish the Dr. could have spent more time, but the office staff, left the room nastily dirty. Another time I spent time talking to Dr. Cornell about something totally different, one a telemedicine conference.

My wife had a video conference with this "physician" and his inattention bordered on neglect. The patient reported numerous times that the medication she was currently on was not effective for her pain. He ignored that. My wife, the patient, also presented with verifiable provable visual indicators of clinical pain manifested by her involuntary inability to bear her own weight as she was standing up straight. This wonderful (terrible) amazing (burn out) doctor also seemed to not be intrested in the patient's facial grimace while she was crying profusely. He ignored that, too. He did not offer any psych/social support of any kind at any time during The Visit, and he didn't even seem to notice she was crying at all. He did not ask if the patient had any questions at the end of The Visit before he abruptly ended the meeting. Racial and gender bias color his decision making prosess...or he's just checked out completely. Either way, not a good idea to interact w/this man

Seeing this man is an absolute waste of time. He is lazy and does not want to take on anything that will cause him extra work. His staff is difficult to work with and overall there is no sense of urgency.
