Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

We have been using Dr Crane for years. He has always provided excellent, quality service. As a nurse with decades of experience, it disturbs me when "second opinions" trash the good name/work of primary providers. This serves only to erode consumer confidence. Physicians, just like any two individuals, can have differing opinions. And it is possible to inform clients of options without trashing the work of previous physicians who performed services in good consciousness.

Dr. Crane removed my kidney stating that it could be cancer, he did not provide me with any alternatives. After surgery I learned that I only had a cyst on my kidney. I am a type 1 diabetic and this caused my kidney function to decline.

Dr Crane is a very poor diagnostician (wrong diagnosis in my case) and even worse surgeon (performed surgery when it was completely unnecessary). Dr Crane's actions led to irreparable damage to my body that I must deal with every day. Yet, he believes he did nothing wrong. After visiting another urologist (at a major university), the doctor was disappointed with how the procedure was performed. Dr. Crane is a terrible physician and a horrible human being. Avoid him at all costs!
