Dr. James Dalla Riva, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Dalla Riva for about 15 years. His staff is always friendly, helpful, and very professional. I have never had a problem with them. Dr. Dalla Riva is personable and has a great sense of humor, but above all, he is thorough and professional. He just has a way of putting your mind at ease and making you realize he is going to give you the best care possible. He will listen to your concerns and is very good at explaining things. Do not be afraid to ask him anything.

Responding to review below. I'm Kathy in billing dept and I remember this patient very well. She called and indicated that insurance stated they called and left a message on my voicemail. When I explained to patient that I did not receive a call she immediately became very abusive over the phone. Two other employees were present to witness conversation. She also indicated that she would be giving negative review on social media. I just wanted to convey my side of the story. Thank you!!

Billing staff is very unprofessional and does not know how to handle being told they have made a mistake!! Do not tell Kathy that she did not return a phone call, or she will completely lose her mind! I was just being the go between for their billing office and my insurance company, and since the error was on the staffs end I was told to take my business elsewhere the day before my appointment.

Dr. Dalla Riva and staff are absolutely amazing. They will do whatever they can to help you out as quick as they can. They always make me feel comfortable no matter the situation. I have recommended Dr. Dalla Riva to many people and will continue to do so. Also, a special shout out to nurse Chris for always going above and beyond to help answer questions or making me feel comfortable too. You guys are great!

I started seeing Dr. Dalla Riva after a friend referred me to his office after the headache I delt with from my previous OBGYN. His office staff are super nice and helpful and I have never had any issues with any of the girls there. He was able to figure out the issue of what was causing my pain (which previous drs would just brush off in the past). He is also one of the best drs to have during pregnancy as well. Im very happy with the care I have and will receive from him and his staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Dalla Riva. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. He makes sure he answers all your questions before you leave and does his best not to keep you waiting. His entire staff is wonderful as well. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to visit every couple of weeks throughout my pregnancy!
