Rude and Condescending
This review is mainly based on the experience we had with Dr. Daley. The office staff was very kind and courteous. My father had a referral from his primary care physician to see Dr. Daley for possible sleep apnea and also the concern that we have with my father feeling sleepy/exhausted most of the day. We felt Dr. Daley was aggressive and dismissive. He projected a God complex and did not want to hear anything my father or mother had to say about his symptoms. He recommended taking one dose of one of my father's medications that helps with his depression. My mother try to interject to explain to Dr. Daley that this has been done before with no difference in results but he immediately snapped at her saying he's the doctor and he has been practicing medicine almost longer than their marriage. This rubbed me the wrong way extremely. We felt disrespected and degraded. As if we should just shut up and listen to him, someone we just met. How do you build trust with your patience treating t

His office is horrible. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. I've been on hold for over 25 minutes this morning (was hung up on once) just to cancel an appointment. No other way to cancel but call.

A very kind and caring doctor. It is nice to see the doctor when I go to his office and not a nurse. He takes his time with you and genuinely cares about the patient and their needs.

This rating reflects my experience with his staff. Although I was an existing patient who saw him regularly, his staff repeatedly failed to respond to my attempts to see him about my concerns. They did not respond to calls, and even once lied to me when I went to the office. Without significant changes in how his staff responds to patients, this practice is doomed. I will never again seek his services.

My initial visit with Dr. Daly was awesome. Due to underlying immunocompromised conditions: cardiac, respiratory, epilepsy, etc. I was both afraid to get the vaccine and also afraid not to get it. Decision changing direct information from the staff and Dr. Daly (with his smooth, easy and highly informative "bed-side" manner), allowed my companion and myself to make informed decisions in that moment to go ahead with the available Moderna vaccine. Dr. Daly has been the only one on my healthcare team to inform me about needing vaccine boosters in the future; with that gem of "extra" info I was sold, got vaccinated upstairs ASAP. Graciously and gratefully waiting to take 2nd dose, thanks to this physician and staff. Bar none, I recommend and believe I am in highly capable hands with this "real deal" team for any respiratory or other medical issues I may have.

This doctor needs to be investigated by the medical board. He sent the wrong prescriptions (not once but twice in a 6 month period) we are not talking basic harmless prescriptions, we are talking about controlled substances. He does not fill prescriptions on time. He blames his staff for not returning phone calls and claims high turnover, he prescribes the wrong dose of medications and tells you "not to read the warnings" on new medications. Really - who does that? Personally if you are giving me a new medication, I am going to want to read what is going in my body, but I digress. He also prescribed a dose that says right on the label - "not effective for treating narcolepsy at x dose" - which is what the treatment is for and then requires another appointment to change to what should have been prescribed. Terrible bed-side manner, does not care about patients and gets annoyed if you question anything. Terrible doctor and a terrible person (also blames his staff for all wrong-doings).

My experience with the Sleep Center and Dr. Daly was not good. I generally did not feel well received. In discussion about my condition I did feel as though Dr. Daly pressured me to choose surgery and offered terrifying outcomes in the event that I did not take that route. I did not appreciate that. Negative experiences motivated me to conclude my visits. I was not informed of any remaining fees. Later Dr. Daly turned a bill of $37 over to a collection agency.

Dr. Daley and Ms. Joanne and entire staff are AWESOME!! Dr. Daley is such a sweet person for a physician. He made me feel like he cared about me and I just wasn't another patient coming into the office. He Talked to me, got after me about not taking care of my asthma (In a very nice and caring way), gave me other options for my asthma prevention. I just love him he is so sweet!! and the Ladies at the front desk and young lady that performed the triage was so nice also. Awesome Visit!!

I have had nothing but problems from the first time I visited the facilities. Upon my sleep study, they mixed up my urine sample with another patient as the sleep specialist was busy furthering her new real estate career. I met the doctor and he never truly listened to me or the problems I was having with my diagnosed hypersomnia. They prescribed a medicine I have had had problems with previously and a cpap machine my insurance company refuses to pay for because I don't meet the guidelines.

When you begin to doubt the veracity of the recommendations they are giving you, it is all over. On top of spending over an hour waiting--either for the doctor or the nurse practitioner--for them to continue to recommend quick turnaround visits (with additional co-pays) or more products from their affiliated equipment supplier, Sleep Well, just rubs one the wrong way. Ultimately, just had to leave as I was losing more sleep worrying about them than they were actually fixing with their equipment.
