James Duc is one of the best doctors I had to deal with. He is compassionate and very passionate about helping his patients.

He's been taking care of me for the past 15 years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explains results that we can understand. One of the best feature is that he doesn't rush you and very understanding for your needs.

Dr Duc took a lot of time to explain the hearts electro-physiology, particularly atrial fibrillation, a condition I now have. Hi outline in great detail next steps for me to include retesting with a new CPAP machine. He postulated my atrial fibrillation may be triggered by sleep apnea.

Dr. Duc is very knowledgeable in his field and throughly explained the procedure and what to expect afterwards, He was very understanding and compassionate. I would definitely see him again and recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

I have been seeing Dr. Duc for years. He has put in my pacemakers. I am not allowing anyone else to do that for me. He is on top of my heart issues all the time. He gives me great advice and is easy to talk to. I cannot recommend him more highly. And I am extraordinarily picky.

Dr. Duc is always well prepared and informed about my particular case and interested in my own records of my BP and Pulse in comparison to the Medtronic records. His advice has always been good and my Ablation and later Medtronic Implant were both successful. He is a caring and friendly physician who knows his patients well.

It is obvious that he genuinely enjoys patient interaction and helping people. Combined with his obvious knowledge in the field, this makes a visit to his office very valuable. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient of Dr. Duc's for a year. I was referred to him from a cardiologist. His skills in explaining the art and science of his specialty are above average. He cares deeply for me and he does his best to plainly explain my situation. He listens to my questions on my complex diagnosis and does his best to simplify his answers. I can't recommend him enough.

I met Dr. Duc for the first time. He studied my EKG and unusual arrhythmia and paused. I could tell he was reviewing in his mind the complexity of my situation. Then he started typing and writing and requesting further information from other doctors. Dr. Duc is thorough and persistent and pursuing logical solutions to my heart problems. Saw Dr. Duc for his analysis of heart monitor data to determine if implant of a Pacemaker was necessary; I was pleased to hear it wasn't. Dr. Duc is very patient and easy to talk to. The hospital was making preparations for the Pacemaker when he came to my room and said that he and Dr. Rashid had reservations about needing a Pacemaker and said they would like me to wear a heart monitor for a few weeks. I felt like I had been granted a reprieve as I did not want to have another surgery, even one this minor, two days after the TAVR. He called me the morning after I was discharged and told me to take Eliquis instead of aspirin because they were concerned about an Atrial Flutter. He explained the interaction of heart functions following the TAVR procedure and assured me the Atrial Flutter was gone and to resume taking aspirin. To be certain he has scheduled me for another week of wearing a heart monitor in May, followed by a visit with him in June. Highly recommend him.

He met with me in September to discuss my SVT and my treatment options, and explained things in ways I, a non-medical person, was able to understand. The procedure went well and I feel fantastic. Dr. Duc's overall demeanor and "bedside manner" made me secure, calm, and relatively anxiety free. I do not hesitate to fully recommend Dr. Duc. He's a very kind and thoughtful man.
