Dr. James Eric Lupo, MD

I arrived early for my appointment but Dr. Lupo refused to see me because I "wasn't early enough." I had pre-filled all of my new patient forms and had all of my brain scans, insurance, etc. sent over to him the day before so everything was ready to go. My vestibular issues were so bad that I would vomit every time I turned my head, so I couldn't sleep or eat any food. I begged Dr. Lupo to keep the appointment so I wouldn't have to go another week without sleep or food, but he refused. I'm shocked and appalled that a doctor would treat his patients so cruelly, particularly when they need him the most.

Great experience! Dr. Lupo took his time in answering questions and thought through and evaluated what was happening with my daughters overall health and hearing loss. It was nice to get answers and not feel rushed.

Wonderful physician! Dr. Lupo treated my daughter and has greatly improved her hearing! Thank you!

As previous reviewers have stated, RUN far away from this practice! The front office is run by a bunch of rude front desk workers with lack of any compassion or bedside manners. Let’s start with booking appointments. The doctor is booked a month out, which is fine, so we scheduled an appointment for our daughter a month out. 1 day before the appointment they called and said the doctor needs to reschedule because he has an emergency surgery that day, and wow they have to book our appointment a MONTH out AGAIN. Fine, so we are another month out, and they said show up 10 to 15 mins early on the phone. So today on the day of the appointment we arrive at Swedish Parking Lot at 1:08 and our appointment is 1:30pm. They called at 1:08 and asked if we were coming, and I said yes we are already in the parking lot. I thought it strange since our appointment wasn’t until 1:30pm… So we get to the office at 1:20 and they said sorry we can’t see you because you weren’t 30 MINUTE EARLY. WOW!!!!

Dr. Lupo is very empathetic, informative and with a positive demeanor.
