Highly recommended!
He listens & answers question(to me as a patient) to the best of his medical expertise. He explains tests results in a way easy to understand. He is not rushing (not like other doctors ). You can feel Dr. James Fowler’s concern to his patient, that you are in his clinic ( at Ear Institute of Texas ) being attend & served!

Knowledgeable, Understanding, and Friendly
Like the Review Title reads, I feel like I hit the trifecta with Dr. Fowler!He listened to me, informed me and we came up with a plan together. There was no rushing me through the appointment and he genuinely understood what I explained to him relative to my hearing loss and pulsatile tinnitus. Dr. Fowler sutured two incisions, one on my face and the other on my neck, after plastic surgery. There was a small bump left at one end of the incision on my face and the incision became infected later. I would never return to Dr. Fowler!!!

I heard good things about his doctor, but I was less that satisfied with my visit. He didn't answer my questions, he proposed treatments to issues I wasn't there to address, and he didn't listen to my situation at all. I had to schedule with another doctor in town to get any medical treatment for a severe ear infection. I would not recommend this doctor!

Husband and father of 3 children, 2 girls and a boy.  Attend St. Mary's Catholic Church in Brownwood and enjoy jogging, weight lifting, coaching volleyball and Coastal fishing whenever I can.
