Dr. French and his staff are very patient friendly. His expertiise in treating my nasal problem took a bit of time and experimentation but in the end he corrected the situation that I was dealing with.

Had test done on 9/19 from an offsite provider. Was told doctor would have results in two days. On 9/26 I called office receptionist said she would have a nurse call me back. After waiting all evening and the next dayfor a return call.On 9/ 27 at 4:45 I called office only to be sent to answering service. Office hours are till 5? This is caring for one's patients?

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. French and staff. I would highly recommend. Solved my problem that day right in the office. My ears were blocked to do allergies. No further problems.

Competent, professiona, friendly. His office is clean as a whistle and the staff is always friendly and responsive. Dr French fixed a problem I’ve lived with for 65 years. Very happy to have found him.

I woke up on a Friday morning with the worst ear pain. Just slipping on my glasses was painful. I called Dr. French's office and they gave me a same day appointment. Because my ear was so sore, I expected the exam and treatment to be painful, but it didn't hurt a bit. Dr. French explained everything and spent a lot of time with me. He gave me a prescription and told me what to expect. I was amazed when about six hours later, my ear pain was completely gone. Dr. French is my ENT for life!

We were in town visiting family when my son came down with a terrible ear infection. He always gets them but this time was unbearable and we were out of town to make it worse! We were referred to Dr. French through our family who knew someone who used him. He was able to fit us in same day. Very friendly staff, and he was amazing! Our ENT back home said my son needed his adenoids outand Dr. French gave us a detailed reason why he didn’t. I wish all doctors were as informative and caring as him!

Office staff is unbelievably terrible. 6 calls and no follow ups. Finally after a belligerent call insisting that the scheduler call back FINALLY called back. Pre-op, no one knew why I was there. Post re-check scheduled too soon, 2 hour wait only to find out needed to come back. Second surgery with another doctor, 3 calls to send medical info to surgeon and hadn't been sent. Half-hour later still no fax and then told had to come back in for scope. Staff, giggly, stupid and irresponsible.

Dr. French spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel rushed or not respected. He treated me with much courtesy and was very practical with his care (i.e. not just pushing drugs or surgery). He was extremely knowledgeable about my particular issue surrounding a scuba diving ear injury and I will definitely recommend him to others.

I went to this doctor for nasal irritation. He asked me to visit 3 times and billed me $350 $150 and $400 for 3 visits. Then he had a procedure done on me. I checked at the beginning it is in-network and got the answer yes. I had United Healthcare.
After the procedure I did not find relief nor any change. Moreover it turns out the facility is out of Network with United Healthcare. The surgery center in same building on first floor is billing me for out of network charges for $17000
