Goodbye after 29 years
After almost 30 years I had to leave. One secretary is rude, the other one calls me by the wrong name and never knows what she’s talking about. They don’t call with test results. They schedule for a 9 am when Kari doesn’t get there until 945. They ignore prescription refills and requests, after three days I was told she hadn’t even looked at it yet. They scheduled me for an appointment when the office was closed and then lied to me about it when I called from the parking lot. The whole place has gone from great to awful in the span of a few years.

Does not follow the hippocratic oath!
What visit, was looking for a doctor who's qualifications matched my situation. Receptionist asked what what insurance I had I had, I told her at or her Aetna, she said no I mean who pays your insurance? I said it was through medical assistance workers with disabilities, she said that's as bad as self pay, the doctor doesn't accept that. You need to look somewhere else and hung up.

You folks seriously need to update your information. Dr. G is no longer part of the Intermountain group and has recently moved his office. All new staff except for Nurse Lois. Dr. G has been my Primary Care for 25 years, give or take.

Accurately diagnosed conditions in my children previously misdiagnosed. Accurately diagnosed an anxiety issue for my elderly mother. Spends time to talk and calm nerves.

This particular Doctor at one time was top notch. But unfortunately either the years, clients possibly the health care system has worn him down to the point where he doesn't seem to care for his patients as he did at one time. Blames the insurance companies for his staffs incompetence. Feel that he is owned by the pharmaceutical co. I say this because instead of treating the problems he bandaid with pills. His answer to all is I got a pill you can take. wait time is ridiculous on avg. 1hr +.
