Absolutely incompetent in my opinion. Took 4 days of multiple requests to get a callback on my dying mother in his unit. He kept my mother in Covid unit despite 6 days and 4 negative tests. I would die at home before I go into his care. Many uncaring nurses with zero compassion in the Covid unit I spoke with. I felt they took advantage of the fact family cannot come and visit and they know that we are at the mercy of what they do to our loved ones with how they are treated.
