Wonderful and Caring Doctor
Dr. Griggs was the Dr at Atrium Urgent Care in Indian Trail. I was one of his last patients on Dec. 15th, 2023. I have to say He was the most caring, personal Dr I have ever seen. Even though it was late, he made me feel like I was the most important patient at the time. He truly cares about his patients. I was in terrible pain. He just seemed so concerned and was very apologetic about me being in so much pain. He thoroughly explained to me what was going on and called in prescriptions for my pain and symptoms and also was given a shot to ease my pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Griggs.

Fantastic Doctor
Telehealth
Was my doctor at Atrium Health Urgent Care, Indian Trail. He is one of the most personable, caring doctors that has ever examined me for an illness. He is very knowledgeable and can explain the illness in words you can understand. I wish all family practitioners were like doctor Griggs. He really cares about you.

Dr. Griggs took the very best care of me. He diagnosed a serious infection, prescribed the right medicine & saved me from winding up in the hospital. His care throughout the evening was extremely professional--taking as much time as was needed to explain everything. He even made sure I found the medicine I needed late at night, & his office called the next day with more instructions and a referral. I would recommend Dr. Griggs and the entire staff at Arboretum Urgent Care to anyone!
