JASMINE - This staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I have not seen Dr. Hamilton as of yet, however ratings for the doctor should reflect the staff if they are inadequate, unhelpful or rude.

When you’re heart is aching for your loved one and they are failing it is inconceivable that the staff, especially Bonny who answers the phone is insensitive to your needs. She would rather argue and defend herself than be gracious and helpful. Staff is unorganized and if you need a refill or application signed - say a prayer and send messages through MyChart so it can be documented. It’s a difficult time ....

Dr. Hamilton is the best hepatologist around in my opinion. I've been seeing him since 2015 and I'm delighted with my choice. I've always knew I was under the best of care, and am now cured of HCV and feeling Blessed. Dr. Hamilton is very thorough and thoughtful at the same time. He's a great listener and is very clear explaining my medical issues to to me, therefor allowing me to follow along. Dr. Hamilton is a true gem, and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Hamilton has been my hepatologist for over 6 years. He has a great personality, he really listens and he really cares. I wouldn't trade him for the world! His staff is great, too!

Having seen a few other hepatologists, I feel that Dr. Hamilton is without a doubt, the best! He truly listens, provides undivided attention, provides a thorough understanding of my medical condition, and understands that not all patients are treated in the same fashion-meaning that sometimes thinking outside the box is essential for their needs. I am truly blessed to be a patient of Dr. Hamilton's, and greatly appreciate his expertise!
