This guy practices both in Washington as an IME doctor and in Oregon. I am impressed with his ability to get out there and be active but at his age, but I wonder about his ability to accurately conduct strength testing. He nearly fell over when putting resistance on me during one of the tests he preformed on me. He reported conducting tests that were not done at all. I wonder about his memory there. I'm sure he's a nice guy but I think he should be enjoying his retirement doing something that, if he makes a mistake, doesn't cost someone their health. Selling out to conduct IME's with a counter to healthcare directive also causes question in my mind as to where his morals are.

2.7.13 IME (mcn).J Haynes continually rude, stating, "Are you still here?" when he left room to go get R H all and chaperone for balance of IME.He rudely said to me when I saw he was including a closed claim body part w/shoulder-cervical exam, "Why don't you write a book!"He denied connection of 2011 bilat- eral rotator cuff w/cervical strain. I'd paid 2K cash in 2012-13 for MD LMP to prevent being home bound crying in pain. LnI excluded neck from claim. He denied conduct during a review!
