Dear Doctor, We hope this letter finds you and yours in good health and spirits. John and I want to let you know that we are leaving your care. We want you to know why. Before we get into the WHY, we want to THANK YOU for the care you have provided to us. With that, we are both grateful to God that our paths crossed on this earth. You are a real gentleman, and an obviously passionate and seasoned Physician. You've no doubt helped save lives and led patients into recovery. We believe you've prevented numerous deadly diseases; such as cancer and covid, however, we believe MY cancer was missed early on. I have been told I am terminal. I will be losing my life a short time period from now. I would love to sit with you and look you in the eye on this matter, but quite frankly, I don't have the energy anymore. (You can find the rest on a browser search). My Mom passed away. There is not enough space here.
