Exceptional surgeon
Our experience at Colorado Children's Hospital was nothing short of exceptional. My son recently underwent open-heart surgery performed by Dr. James Jaggers, and we couldn't have asked for a more skilled and compassionate surgeon. Dr. Jaggers did an incredible job, and we are so grateful for his expertise and care. The ICU staff was incredibly supportive and attentive , they were kind, compassionate, and always there to reassure us during a difficult time. We felt like our son was truly cared for, and their dedication meant the world to us.

Tetrology of fallot surgery in 2001
Dr. Jaggers performed my TOF surgery in June 2001 at Duke University. At the time I was 20 years old. I would love to be able to shake his hand and hug him until this day. He showed extreme professionalism and was kind to me. Its my only surgery out of 4 that I remember due to being extremely young and I will never forget his kind nature and how much better I felt after recovery from surgery. Thank you Dr. Jaggers for your surgical skills and bedside manner. I hope you are well. Lauren Ness Stlouis

Dr. Jaggers has performed two surgeries on our five year old for Tetralogy of Fallot. Both surgeries were a rousing success, and she was out of the hospital earlier than expected, with a smaller scar than expected, and by far most importantly, a great outcome. His professionalism is impeccable and his credentials speak for themselves. We owe Dr. Jaggers both our daughter's life, and her quality of life.
