Lacks Knowledge and Professionalism
I have been receiving podiatry care for chronic pain in both feet more than 2 years from this facility. I have MRIs and never received treatment based on the reports. Was referred to this DPM for surgical removal of Morton’s neuroma. I waited 40 mins until I asked how much longer and then he just appeared around the corner. He wasn’t even with patients. He shut me down from asking any questions about any foot pain except the neuroma. He absolutely refused. I was really taken a back. He was rude, had no emotional affect and actually his level of knowledge about foot pain was poor. Research says neuromas can cause pain throughout the foot including on top and in arches. He told me that wasn’t possible. He did not exam my foot either. He didn’t describe the surgery, where it would be or what would happen. I was so uncomfortable I would never let him operate on me. I wouldn’t trust what I’d find when I woke up. He’d probably operate on the wrong foot!

Horrible office staff
First time patient, waited over an hour before I got up and asked what was taking so long. The receptionist at the front desk told me, “you should know you’re going to wait a long time when you come here.” I said well no one told me that, this is my first time. And if I make an appointment I expect to be seen at the appointment time, why would I expect anything different. She proceeded to tell me that’s how all doctors offices work. I replied no, I’m sorry with the previous doctor I was seen working 10-15 minutes of my appointment time. She was very unprofessional in my opinion and I’m sure the doctor would not be happy to hear she is telling new patients that he doesn’t see his patients on time. If I can help it I will not return to this office.

Dr. Jung did not fuse my ankle correctly. It has been nine months since my surgery and I am still unable to walk. I have gotten two other opinions, both of which recommended getting it redone completely.

Dr Jung performed my bunionectomy surgery in 2017. He was courteous and professional. He explained the procedure and after care. He appeared to be totally interested in my well being. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The staff is exceptional!

I had the best experience with Dr. James Jung with my bunion surgery. The nurses before and after my surgery had a wonderful bedside manner. The anesthesiologist was so nice also. The surgical staff made me feel well taken care of. Since I left the surgical center I have had absolutely no pain or discomfort with my foot at all. I will recommend Dr. James Jung (Podiatrist) to everyone he is great and so is his staff. Thank you very much Estella Eckley

Nice, but lacks substance. Our vascular surgeon's comment was "are you sure he is a real doctor?"
