Didn't do a physical as I requested. Wouldn't do blood work. Had me come to the office 3 times to get a referral to a specialist and then told me to get another doctor. Office help doesn't seem to know what is going on.

Changed Medicare for a full evaluation when none was done. He made me worse because of what he did NOT find due to the lack of an evaluation. His office was totally unresponsive to request for urgent appointment and kept citing the rules. They did not even know that in Arizona a referral is not required to do physical therapy if you are on Medicare, causing me two weeks of extreme pain that was unnecessary. I would not send my worst enemy to this office which has such a high opinion of itself.
