Great doctor but terrible staff
Had an appointment after a horrible car accident complaining of limited mobility and knee pain. I was recommended to get an MRI. I had to call all the locations in the county to find something reasonable as the staff were unwilling or unable to help. After the testing was completed, the facility sent the results that night. After not hearing back from Doctor Kerpsack’s office, I started calling. They continued to blame the imaging facility who continued to send the reports daily. I was told on multiple occasions that they had “just” gotten the results and would send them to the doctor. After 10 days, I called again to ask what was going on and the receptionist read me a “note” on my file saying there was no problem and I can schedule a follow up. I was never given a call about the diagnosis, results or what to do at all. I felt the staff was dishonest and could not be bothered to explain my results which list various problems showing there is damage.

ER call
Hopefully Dr Kerpsack is not on call in the ER for a displaced fracture that needs to be reduced. He supposely reviewed the xrays on my granddaughter and said the displaced fracture did not need to be reduced. We received a second pediatric orthropedic opinion who reviewed the ER xrays and stated the fracture needed to be reduced. This procedure is typically done easily in the ER and would have spared my granddaughter a second procedure in the OR. Sad he did not take the time to give my granddaughter proper care.

Highly recommended
Dr. Kerpsack is kind, and he doesn't waste your time -- so people who need a lot of coddling might interpret his efficiency as being too hasty. I liked the fact that he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, didn't hem and haw but knew exactly what to do, and he treated my hand issue within just a few minutes. Five stars!

Phenomenal doctor
I had a consult with Dr. Kerpsack two years ago he left a great impression on me. What I liked about him is the education he provides and the great detail he gives. I had to delay surgery for personal reasons needless to say I will be having surgery in a couple of weeks with him. He has went above and beyond to explain everything to me and has great beside manners. I know I’m in the best hands possible and his assistant Rachel is PHENOMENAL. She has went above and beyond and has answered all my questions and has provided resources and so much information! I am so happy I’m getting my acl repaired with Dr. Kerpsack you ALL ROCK!!! Thanks…

Both the staff and Dr. Kerpsack couldn’t have been more professional, personable and accommodating than they were on my visit for a follow up from hospital for a broken ankle. I will never hesitate to come back or recommend this practice to anyone should they ask.

Had a severe pain reaction due to a back issue, saw me within 24 hours, prescribed medication and treatment. I have been a patient for 5 years and he has helped with my knee and back issues. He and his staff are caring, efficient, and competent. Highly recommend Dr Kerpsack

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Doctor Kerpsack. His office staff is hands down the best and nicest I have ever worked with, both in noblesville and castleton. I am so pleased with my knee surgery. This is the second surgery on the same knee and I wish the first would have been done by Kerpsack. I understand what people are saying about him being cocky and rude in other comments, but I don't think he means to be. He just looks kinda cocky lol. Really is a great guy though.

My child has seen Dr. Kerpsack (and is still treating with him), and I just recommended him to a family member for her child. He also was highly recommended to me by an acquaintance who is a physician himself. Dr. Kerpsack explained things to both me and my child and answered any questions. (I just got on the internet to find the Dr.'s contact information and saw a negative review with which I totally disagree based on our experience).

He is extremely rude and talks to you, the parent, as though you are ignorant. He likes to put down Physical therapists and says that they are wrong, don't listen to them, and that they aren't up-to-date in education. There's so much more that I could tell you about this doctor, but I believe that the above is quiet suffient. I wouldn't have even given him one star, but this survey had left me no choice. My child will not be back and I DO NOT recommend this Dr.
