Pre-Op Appointment for Cataract Surgery
The office staff were cordial, his Medical Assistant was very professional and answered my questions. Dr. Koster was very thorough and explained things in clear and concise terms. He took his time to make sure I understood and asked if I had any questions. A very pleasant first visit. Will leave another review after my surgery.

Dr. Koster
I'd seen Dr. Koster for about 10 years for my yearly exams. He appeared efficient, quick, and competent. I felt rushed on most occasions but wasn't upset as I had no eye issues. I had cataract surgery in one eye with him. I wasn't seeing well post-op and didn't understand his explanations about the different number values. I saw him 2-3 other times. On one of those occasions, I was upset because I'd try driven at night and constantly saw very long, diagonal lights when looking at streetlights and headlights. When I walked into his office and explained why I was there, he sort of threw down his pencil and said sharply "We've been through this before." I told him I did not tell him about the night light situation. I felt disrespected and unheard. He went over options with me, but I decided to leave his practice.
