The Best
Dr Krantz has been our family doctor for many years. He has helped us thru several strange issues and many more “normal” issues. Can’t ask for a more caring and helpful doctor. Nurse Kathy is a gem! We travel over 25 miles to see this doctor.

First off let me start off by saying I called to verify that my insurance was taken and once confirmed, I then made an appointment. Showed up and they had to look in a book once I gave them my insurance card and told me that it was excepted. BTW it took 45 mins after my appointment to be seen ( if you don't have the time don't book appointments). Then a few days later I got a phone call from their nasty billing department Darlene. She then proceeded to talk to me like a child telling me about how insurance works. Fast forward to 4 months later I get a bill for $96. I called and got a really nice person on the phone. Was told she needed to talk with Darlene. Who then called me a day later and again talked to me as a child and then admitted they made a mistake. However they still want me to pay for their mistake. I would not have been seen by your practice had the staff told me they did not take my insurance. This to me is fraud! I will make sure everyone I know stays away.
