Dr Langon is great Staff terrible

Dr Langon is a great , caring and experienced physician. However several of his staff thinks that their needs and procedures are more important than the patient. There favorite saying is if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else. I am a patient for 42 years I am so offended by this. I am sure anyone would be.

Dr. James P. Langon, MD
On Monday, January 9, 2023, I had a very easy registering in process and a great experience at the front desk. Dr. Langon, has a very pleasant, caring, and competent reception staff. The nurse was a very delightful and caring individual, who is very proficient, listens to all my healthcare concerns, and appropriately puts all my current medical information into the Geisinger database. Then, I met with Dr. James P. Langon, MD, at the Geisinger Medical in Frackville, who is a godsend to me from my first treatment with him to present. He listens to all my health concerns and responds appropriately with excellent medical information. He has always been great about explaining my healthcare treatments. Dr. James P. Langon, MD, is always awesome and truly cares about myself as his patient. He's exact in his work ethic and it shows. I can’t say enough about my exceptional experience with Dr. James P. Langon, MD, and his staff.

Best Dr you’ll find in the area. Does not deserve the rating has. Generally cares about patients. His workload is tremendous, you just have to be understanding of that and he will work with you

I've been going to this practice since I was 5 years old. But since geisinger took over it has been terrible. Either you wait weeks for an appointment or you see a pa. If I'm paying to see a doctor I want to see a doctor. Period. As soon as I find another family doctor I'm done with this place

This man saved my life by diagnosing a gastrointestinal. Bleed in 10 min. He has been my doctor for 35 ,years. I love him!!!
