Excellent Doctor
Dr. Lisi has done everyone of my colonoscopy's for the past 16 years since my father past away from colon cancer. With our family history, I originally had to have this procedure done every two years and now have the procedure done every 5 years. He and his staff are very professional and I have recommended several friends and family members t him.

Dr. Lisi is the best gastroenterologist! He is very compassionate. He took very good care of me. I had an EGD and Colonoscopy performed by Dr Lisi without complications. He diagnosed and treated me and I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend him.

If I could give james lisi negative stars I would. I was told 10 min, after my appointment was supposed to start that the dr. had to step out and could not see any other patience today. Actually I wasn't told this the couple in front of me was. They seemed upset about the inconvenience, but also because they needed help with an apparently serious medical issue. I guess james lisi was not so concerned himself.

This office is horrible. Horrendous. I am in shock this place is ran this poorly. He is so smart and is a phenomenal Doctor. But unfortunately his office staff has ruined him. The main girl Brooke lies so easily . She will make promises of return phone calls. She doesn't do it. First time I seen her she was a snot. Why would he allow this? I am in process of changing GI doctor. Which is a shame. That office has issues. Is that a family member and that is why? I don't understand.

Writing this on behalf of my 80 y.o. mother. She is an established patient in Dr. Lisi's practice and is currently experiencing an acute illness. The office staff AND Dr. Lisi have been unprofessional and have on multiple occasions failed to return calls when promised. She has been waiting for lab results for over 1 1/2 weeks and the office staff have made multiple excuses for his lack of response. I wish I could give less than one star for ease of scheduling, friendliness and level of trust.
