Extremely poor communication, poor people skills and wouldn’t call me about my results until weeks after despite me calling the office 3 times to try get in touch.

Dr. Lugo is my PCP since about 9 mo. now. He has been thorough, very easy to talk to, and no problems making appointments. I like him very much.

Dr. Lugo is my new PCP; previous doctor retired. I've had 2 visits in 2 months. I'm 62 and I have a blood clot in my left leg. Dr. Lugo is attentive, a good listener and is following up nicely with suggestions for diet, specialist referrals, blood work, etc.

We had an appointment at the Arlington clinic and when we arrived we were told we did not. My mother is an elderly patient with COPD. She basically risks her life when going out in the middle of the Covid pandemic. A high risk patient like her in a wheelchair was treated in this way.
