Bad. Very first but bad impression. A first time visiting the office, referred by a friend, I came in for a SDI (State Disability Insurance). A request for $400 cash before seeing the doctor. The office does not accept credit card or check, explaining that check bounces and high interest rate on credit card. I asked to re-schedule for another day so that a cash can be made available; the receptionist was ok and did set up a new appointment date. Then came another lady in the office, confronting me and started ranting for 5 min. accusing me for not being fair to her. I was in shock but patiently waited. I asked if she did finish and began explaining my reasoning. The voice, once again, cutting off my speaking and got even louder. She then took the appointment paper and torn it off. No words left from me. I do not know if she ever took effective listening skill course. She (H?ng) is very argumentative and the conversation was only a one way communication.

I want to ask more info for my mom , but lady on the phone (receptionist ) she doesn't explain to me and said I waste her time .lolz

My father, an Indian man, had an appointment with Dr. Luu to do the form I-963, Physical Exam for Immigration. I took my dad to the office and was very surprised about this office. Both the manager and Doctor are very kind and take care very well for the patients. Even though my dad could not understand English, he also liked this office. One thing makes me very happy that the result for the form I-693 comes within 2 days. So that we did not wait too long time. Thank you Dr. James Luu.

Dr Luu is a very professional and caring doctor. He was kind enough to put me on disability as others doctors wouldn't with my legitimate medical condition. His staff is very kind and professional. There is a very short wait each time I come here. I would definitely recommend Dr Luu to anyone that needs to get checked up for their medical needs. I have referred my family and friends here.
