I also had the spider vein treatment and I cannot notice any difference to my legs than before the procedure was done. I didn't have any out of pocket expense but I do not know what to do.

Dr Manazer done the laser on my spider veins. 3 months later not one has left they are worse now than before. It took him 15 minutes from start to finish. I paid him 530.00 up front and being a cosmetic procedure the insurance would not cover it They made this clear to me. They did bill my insurance for 1060.00 and claimed I had surgery. My insurance called them and they are giving me 441.06 back now. I have reported him to insurance fraud, I am sure I am not the only one he has done this to. Please spread the word. He has no clue what he is doing.
