Great Dr, but sadly a less than stellar office
I found Dr May to be great, he listens well and builds rapport with his patients. But encountered too much headache resolving a billing and insurance issue with his office. It has taken over a month to resolve the issue, which included being told multiple times I would be contacted by the individual who completes the billing for their office. She never once called me, I had to call her in order to resolve this. I have since made the choice to find another provider to avoid this issue. Additionally, his receptionist Samantha may seem great, but she behaves unprofessionally. I had issues on a call, which resulted in her responses being unintelligible. I ended the call, only to have her call me right back and tell me how rude it was to hang up on someone. I was unable to explain that I was having issues with the call, before she hung up on me!

So far, he has been fantastic. No other psychiatrist communicates like he does. You discuss things, he explains things, talks about solutions. An uncommon trait in this area, as far as psychiatrists go. A+++
