Our wait was minimal and the exam was initiated promptly. The entire process took an hour and a half, he was extremely thorough in his questions and examination. He took the time to listen to my entire history going back 30 years as well as examine all the relevant medical history that I brought with me. He asked questions of my wife and was generally concerned. This apt was for a VBA C&P through QTC Contractors. It was a pleasure to learn he is also a Veteran ! We need more Doctors like this !

I like Dr. McConnell because he doesn't give up on his patients. He will listen to them and keep trying until he finds a way to help them. He doesn't just hand out a prescription for some anti-depressant and tell you to go away.

I have read reviews of Dr. McConnell which complain about wait time. It is true that I sometimes have to wait past my appointment time to see him. That's because he takes the time to actually listen to what patients say instead of making up his mind in 2 minutes and rushing to the next patient. Whether you will like him depends on whether you are most interested in finding the cause of your problem or leaving the office quickly. I prefer the first option, so I will continue as his patient.

It is unprofessional to schedule your patient at 11:00am and leave the patent sitting 3 hours sometimes 5 hours before getting to them and do your job!!!

A great family doctor, takes the time to talk to you, ask you questions about your health and provides clear answers to your questions. I have been patient for over 20 years, DR McConnell has always returned my calls and advised me on what I should do. Thank you DR McConnell and everyone who works for you.

I was sent there for a VA C&P exam at 2pm. I was seen at 415pm and left the facility at 830pm. The guy is horrible and was clueless about C&P exams. I then waited 7 more months for a rating which he totally screwed me. Accused me of faking it and ten years of med records didn't matter. Be careful if you're sent there.
