His an average unimpressive doctor who works for a heartless, money-hungry practice called Celligent Diagnostics. They sold my $111.07 debt to a collection agency for $91.07. I paid Celligent directly, ignoring the collection agency. They sent me a final paid-off receipt showing that they in turn gave the $91.07 back to the collection agency. lol
