Dr. James Mu, MD

My husband, who is over 65, tested positive for COVID. He went to Mu's office for Paxlovid and they refused to give him a prescription! I caught COVID first and it hit me hard. He has heart issues and they still refused to give him treatment. Unacceptable. How is this going to be a health officer. Disgusting.

A great man, wonderful Doctor

I have been going to Dr. Mu for around 30 years and couldn't ever think about going anywhere else! He is a wonderful doctor! He listens which is a rare quality, he's very nice and I just love him for my doctor! His office is fabulous and you don't have to wait very long

He was thoughtful and kind and was happy to explain what we didn’t know!

Dr. Mu is thorough, compassionate and an all around great doctor. Serious but with a good since of humor.

Excellent doctor who takes care of my grandfathers primary care. I cannot recommend this clinic enough if they will take you. Mu himself is an amazing doctor.

Very nice to me, even though I have been a problem!

dr. mu has been my doc for about twenty years give or take. he has always been prompt, I have been able to get in to see him on spur of the moment situations. he is very caring, listens to your complaints and does his best to help regardless of what it is. I would recommend him to anyone. his assistant has always been nice and respectful and works her butt off.

I was 8 minutes late for my first appointment with Dr. Mu and the reception staff was extremely rude and discourteous. The assistant to Dr. Mu (Alica) was absolutely one of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered, she did not even acknowledge me and said without even looking up at me that I need to reschedule because she took the next person, again I was 8 minutes late and took 2 hours off work to get there for the appt. If you need a Doctor I suggest going elsewhere. Terrible

Dr. Mu was very knowledgeable and available. Quality character and demeanor.

I thought I had a primary who would listen & help me get better when needed. He ordered my labs because there were some concerns about my fast weight gain despite diet & exercise, thought maybe it was my thyroid or diabetes. I get a call & they say welp everything normal, bye. 4 days later I was hospitalized. My follow-up visit was all of 10 minutes which he barely looked at the discharge paperwork. Though credit to him he is nice, likable & did do a quick assessment & general recommendation.

Professional, caring MD who listens to history and symptoms and collaborates w/ patient to achieve optimum health. Excellent at follow-up appointments. Available when I'm sick. Very, very short wait times. All in all the best doctor I've ever had.
