Feels like 5 to 10 Minutes per patient but not by Dr. Natalie but COPC Network is Quantity verse Quality.

Dr. Natalie is very personable, not in hurry to move to the next patient. But spends time discussing my problems and coming up with a plan to help my pain. I’ve been working with Dr. Natalie for about 5 years now, very professional.

I went to Dr Natalie with a neck pain. He was thorough and pleasant. He explained to me what my treatment plan would be and follow up diagnostic tests I would need. I was very pleased with my appointment with him.

New patient visit. I thought he was very short with me. I didn’t feel like I was allowed to give my history (to him specifically) as I felt rushed to get to the point. I wouldn’t go as far as to say he was rude but he wasn’t patient with a new patient.

My primary doctor referred for leg pain. His diagnostic approach is quite satisfactory. I am quite hopeful he would help me get rid of pain.

I was referred to Dr. Natalie by my primary care physicians for the 2nd time. The first one was 5 years ago, I had frozen shoulder on my left side for months. I could not move my left arm at all. He took care of my problem so quickly. The second time I saw Dr. Natalie last week. This time I had issue with my should blade on the right side all the way to shoulder and neck. I suffered for months, when I wake up in the morning the pain was severe. I had physical therapy for 4 months but did not help, then I was referred to him. Now.. I am happy to share that I feel amazing, I can do anything I love without any pain. Thank you very much Dr. Natalie James!!! You are amazing, good listener and very knowledgeable. I am highly recommended him without any reservation.

I was referred to Dr Natalie by my primary care physician due to pain in my lower, lumbar region of my back. He did what I considered a through examination, having me turn, bend, twist in multiple directions and located the exact focal point of my pain. Because of some preexisting conditions and surgery he wanted me to have an x-ray, or MRI . Upon my follow up appointment he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I have a semi medical background, and what I really appreciated was that he showed me the x-ray and and explained in detail the findings. Dr. Natalie recommended physical therapy with mechanical stretching, which I completed. It resulted in a great improvement. In addition, Dr Natalie made several recommendations of different methods and objects to use to provide lumbar support especially while driving. All of the staff at the front desk and who took the preliminary information were very nice and efficient.

Went in with should issues. Followed therapy advice. Much improved!

I have seen Dr. Natalie on several occasions for a low back problem. Waiting time once I get to the office has been minimal. I find Jamie to be very knowledgeable and practical in his approach to my issue. He takes the time to explain things and is patient in answering my questions. Never makes me feel hurried. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
