I as referred by my Dr. and when I called to make an appointment the receptionist, Tamara, needs a few lessons in grace and kindness. I won't be seeing this Dr if she's a reflection of the office ambience.

Dr. Newlon is a Highly Skilled plastic surgeon
Dr Newlon is patient, knowledgeable and highly skilled in facial plastic surgery. I am very pleased with my results. It has been one year. People have said to me that I am 20 years younger than they are when I am actually the same age. It is my secret! I highly recommend Dr. Newlon.

Excellent Doctor
I visited Dr. Newlon on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, who he had helped immensely. I had not been able to breathe through my nose easily for several years and had mentioned the problem to several doctors, who didn't give any advice or suggestions. When I visited Dr. Newlon, he immediately saw the problems and told me he could fix them. A few weeks later, he surgically repaired the problems in both nostrils, and the results were wonderful. I didn't realize how bad my situation had been until after Dr. Newlon fixed everything. Great experience (at least as much as surgery can be and as far as the results) and I highly recommend Dr. Newlon for help with anything in his realm of expertise.

It was Dec 2020 when I visited. Sick with worst case sinusitis. Was told on phone he wore n95 mask. Have compromised immune so felt safe going. 2 staff members were unmasked and ignored me when I mentioned it. Dr wore only paper mask. Told he “wasn’t afraid” of Covid . What about protecting me? Apparently not an issue. Called for results of tests (am even sicker now) & couldn’t make next appt. They said they were charging me for the visit anyway & Doctor won’t “do phone calls “ to tell me results of my tests (only reason for visit). I was told somebody else would call me back w/ results. No one ever did. I guess my test results are a secret, very crowded with employees, and patients,

Dr. Newlon is the best! I had a benign parotid gland tumor that needed to be removed and went to several different ENTs, and he is by far the best. He is so understanding, caring, and willing to help. I was only 18 years old when I had this tumor so it was definitely scary and he eased my mind and performed the complex surgery flawlessly. I then went back and had nose surgery with him.. I got my sinuses opened up and deviated septum fixed. I highly highly recommend him.

I left a review but I don't know why it's not showing up. Nonetheless, dr. Newlon is the best ENT doctor in Lee County. I have had so many issues with my nose due to a birth defect I was born with. I have seen so many ENT(s) in the last 20 years. However , only dr. Newlon took the time to really really truly help me. He really cares! He goes above and beyond. Attention to detail, compassionate and kind. He's an outstanding doctor. I'm blessed that I found him. Kind regards, Zita (lee county)florida.

This is my second review.. Not sure why the 1st didn't show up. Dr. Newlon is sets the bar for EVERY doctor we could ever have. H's bright, patient, kind, explains things till you understand completely. Spends whatever time is necessary. Staff is friendly & fast. I've had three different issues over many years with him, & he's the best Dr. I've ever encountered (I'm old so I;ve had a few, haha)

I had put off sinus surgery for years. After moving to Ft. Myers, I had the opportunity and time to get this done. I am 1 week post surgery-I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Newlon gave me a better quality of life by increasing my breathing and oxygen intake with this surgery. He is professional, extremely kind and I would definitely recommend - and have already - him and his office.

I brought my 90 yr old Dad by Dr Newlon’s Office today to clear his ear (a 5 min procedure). Told the person he was an existing patient and that he was havin quadruple bypass surgery tomorrow morning and was willing to wait. We were told that without an appt he could not be seen. I again explained my Dad was facing life threatening surgery. We were told the Dr was very busy - never have I encountered a less helpful or compassionate practice toward a 90 yr old patient that needed a little help.

1st visit $850, 2nd visit $250. $25 fee for FMLA forms on 5/3/17 & told it would take 2-3 days. On 5/5 I was told it wold be faxed that day or 5/8, on 5/12 I was told it would be faxed by 5/15. On 5/17 I was told it was being faxed then. On 5/17 I had surgey w/o the forms. Dr Newlon never showed up to see me for pre- or post-opp or even discharge on 5/18. Newlon runs a money-hungry, fee-based office only. The Anesthesiologist stayed with me from pre-opp onward. Dr Newlon has 0 bedside manner!

I recently visited Dr. Newlon because my hearing had declined in my left ear. He and his staff were quick to determine I had liquid behind my ear drum restricting its movement and resulting in my hearing loss. He took the time to explain my options and I elected to have him "fix" the problem. He performed his procedure with care and kept me informed of what he was doing. My hearing has been restored. I would recommend you see him and get great care.

I have been going to him for two years. I started with a throat concert which he surgically addressed and returned for a deviated septum after researching five or six other doctors. I am so glad I chose this practice. My results are impeccable and I work in medical skin care so I am a very picky client.
