I went to him for nearly 2 years for lung issues. After multiple CAT scans lung biopsies, I went to Philly to Penn for a second opinion and was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer extremely disappointed in him. I would never recommend anybody to go to him. he just kept saying to me if it is cancer it’s slow growing and we will keep an eye on it.

Doctor was bordering on rude, even unpleasant. Whenever I tried to talk or ask him questions, he interrupted me and told me what I was saying was not important. My husband, a physician, was with me, and the doctor treated him only slightly more politely. Overall he was dismissive and in my mind, the visit was a big waste of our time Will not be following up.

I was a patient here for over a year due to having asthma. Never had a problem before until I actually needed them. Tested positive for Covid and 10 days later still had lots of congestion. Called the office 3 times to either talk to him or get an appointment to check out my lungs. They never called back. Even after going to the office, without an appointment, they would not check my lungs for me. Unconscionable! I will not go back here due to his staff’s lack of attention. I called my primary care physician and he squeezed me in that very day.

Very efficient overall: staff was friendly, organized, short wait time, dr. O'conner offered thorough explanations, answered my questions, ordered what I needed, let me know when/who I would be following up with. Office had great Covid 19 precautions.

Felt he was somewhat dismissive and unfamiliar with my autoimmune disease (nor seemed to care-only asked one question) that has a bearing on spine, breathing, and immunology issues. Basically, said that my main issue could be one of mental health. Will not go back to him and will find another board certified doctor who understands AI and the issues that arise from it.

When I first called it took 3 months to get an appointment. When I first saw him he asked me to some records from another medical facility and gave me an appointment for 3 months in the future. I needed to reschedule and was given a choice of an appointment 3 months in the future or one with a physician’s assistant. When I asked for appointment with the Dr. I was threatened that insurance would consider me “non-compliant”.
