Too Slow To Save Lives
Dr. Porcelli is a nice man. Humana's systems and procedures are too slow. If saving lives is the job of his office, speed and efficiency should be a TOP priority. It always takes numerous phone calls to get the Request for a Referrals aren't getting received. I offered to drive the paperwork to Porcelli and office manager says it HAS to be faxed emailed. Dr. Porcelli's office is where all Request for Referrals go to die.

Very disappointed
Called a day before to get advice of a health condition, after several attempts in writing and phone calls the doctor responded 25 hours later recommending me to go to an Urgent care the following day which has been more than 36 hours to my request.

  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Staff wasn't friendly

I just ha follow up will need to dado blood work again 3 months ˆ am stroke patient. Gee is very thorough. Checks for everything
