I ALWAYS liked Dr. Prato, but the communication and availability to get them to respond to your calls is unexceptable!! They are unresponsive to message left, DO NOT pickup the phone and have a terrible attitude!! I will NEVER return to this office!!!

The ladies at the desk and the nurse were unfriendly! The doctor was very personable, but not competent.I requested a copy of the X-rays to take to a “real orthopedist” and then they wanted to charge me $20.Steer clear!

Do not let Dr. Provo set a broken bone. I visited the ER late at night for a broken wrist and went to DR Provo the following day. He simply put on a cast without resetting the bones. They healed but I look disfigured - like the step sister that is kept in the attic. Seriously - not a competent or caring physician.

The patients in the waiting room were looking at each other in disbelief at how uncaring, cold, and rude both the front and tech staff were to patients calling and walking in. I have never before seen a medical office treat vulnerable people with such nastiness.

He is an excellent doctor and I would absolutely recommend him ! He knows what he is doing and has saved my knee and back! However his front desk staff is very unfriendly and rude and disrespectful! But don’t let that deter you from seeing a great doctor!

Listens well & explains options thoroughly

If there was zero start I would have selected that. Stay away from that practice! it sounds like a good idea when you see "walk in orthopedic"until you realize all you get is unecessary tests and cortisone shots that don't fix a think yet you get stuck with hundreds of dollars to pay because they have problem getting approved by insurance. My daugher, my husband and his friend all had the same experience to report. This Doctor is more interested about talking endlessly about his NBA career than your condition. Thank god, there are Orthopedist out there you care about your health. Too bad, the office is nice and the front office is nice, but don't go there expecting to get help for your condition...

The services I received were wonderful. Dr. Provo was extremely knowledgeable and patient friendly. Staff was kind and friendly.

I found Dr. Provo very helpful in dealing with my knee issue. I want to avoid knee replacement and with exercise and a cortisone shot, I have had great relief. Thanks, Dr. Provo!

Been to Dr. Provo to treat very painful bursitis in hip and shoulders. Very efficient staff and EXCELLENT Dr. He is bright, caring and very trustworthy. He certainly knows his stuff. His entire staff is friendly and the office is in tip top shape. HIGHLY recommended.
