Caring and compassionate doctor
Dr Reed is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He actually listens to his patients, doesn't just hand out pills like candy like many so-called doctors.

Aweful
Poor. Due to Covid he would only see our daughter as a telemed patient. He spent 20 minutes on the introductory call and not more than five minutes per session after that, even though we were charged for a full 50 minute session. When asked about counseling, he told us we needed a psychologist for that; he only prescribes and does not do therapy. We've moved on.

Dr Reed unfortunately is not with Impower anymore. He was my Son and daughter's doctor. He made such a difference with my children, and correctly diagnosing, and treating them for their mental health. I have never met a doctor let alone a Psychiatrist that cared, and looked out for the well being of children like he did. I wish we knew where he is now practicing, and would gladly pay cash to have him see them again. He truly has helped us get and receive the proper treatment for my kids.

I have brought my daughter to this Dr by referral from her school, and she has seen Dr. Reed for just under a year. The wait time to see the Dr has been for all but one of her visits over 2 hours, and the earliest she has ever been seen is about 35 minutes after her scheduled appointment. The staff is not particularly warm and inviting. Though Dr. Reed tried to help my daughter and does seem concerned about her when we are actually in his office, I do not feel that he has properly diagnosed her

This doctor has made us wait for over 2 hours every time we've visited.. he spends no more than 20 minutes, and is very quick to push pills rather than possibly evaluate further, find out more about the patient. Today, he made us wait for over an hour and a half, only to have my daughter discharged because no progress was being made. This office is very unprofessional and the receptionist is extremely rude. This doctor does not seem to have any answers, doesnt seem to care.
