When I arrived my blood pressure was 165 over 102. The nurse took it twice to make sure she was right. She was great. And took time with questions I had. However, Dr. Ronaldson ignored half the questions I had and didn’t even mention my blood pressure. Only listened to my heart, told me what my ekg already said I had, and requested a couple of tests. Going to find a different doctor for sure.

Dr. Ronaldson punctured my mom's heart with a pacemaker lead. She had to spend 3 weeks in ICU in critical condition. Do not recommend.

In hospital for three days and saw Dr. Ronaldson for less than five minutes. Was dismissive and obnoxious. Then his office miscoded most charges creating a huge mess with billing to insurance. Incompetent doctor and office staff.

Did not even have the right patient chart during my last visit. Average time spent in 5+ office visits was less than 90 seconds. Apparently too busy and too rushed.

Doesn’t take the time to explain much of anything. Is very dismissive in nature and I certainly didn’t leave feeling any better informed than I felt when I arrived. Spent about two minutes with me and rushed out before I was finished asking questions like I was interrupting his afternoon.

He barely takes any time to discuss things with you. Then his staff lied to me about the insurance pre-approval on a very expensive test. I guess they figured they would just stick me with the bill if the insurance didn't cover it.
