Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr Ross has been my doctor for 16+ years. He is an incredible doctor and an even better human being. I wouldn’t trust my family’s health and well being to anyone else.

He was prescribing my brother a dangerous and addictive drug, and giving him refills without even checking up on him. My brother was mixing this drug with alcohol. The doctor should have had a clue because my brother was clearly an alcoholic, hand tremors, high blood pressure, anxiety, sleep issues, etc. Even after I called his nurse and reported my brother abusing the drug, Dr. Ross still gave him refills without having my brother come in for a check up. My brother almost died.

Sure, he's a nice guy and makes you feel at ease. But it's all lip service. It's like a cult of personality that all of these young white mothers worship him. He's a Christian, which is fine, but he's found that sweet-spot where he can provide poor care, and not worry about being sued because, culturally, Christians don't sue other Christians. He's probably fine if you're an anti-vaxer with nothing wrong with you. But if you have an actual disease that needs managing, there's no follow up.
