Knee Surgery Oct 28 2022
I have gone to Dr Ross on two separate occasions, once for my shoulder and this year for my knee .He was very thorough with getting my MRI from 5 years ago to compare the one he ordered and found the issue. The surgery went well and his whole staff was caring and followed up post surgery I would highly recommend Dr Ross .

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!
If I could leave no stars, that would tell anyone about the experience I'm having with this dr. and the whole office. I thought I found the right dr. for me finally and I couldn't be more wrong. I went to see him regarding my hip pain caused by an accident, I brought my x rays with me that I had from another dr. that I chose not to use. He told me to get an MRI so he can see whats going on, I used the facility that recommended in Boca for that, he told me he would call me after to to discuss my results. It has been almost a month now since I did my MRI and I still have not heard a word from the dr. nor his assistant or anyone from that office. I have called numerous times and I get he'll call you or he might not have seen your results even after someone said they have been uploaded to my portal. It is absurd that an office and dr. cannot even be capable of helping a new patient. I do not recommend this dr. even with his supposedly great reviews.

First class operation, only 3 examples but arrived 15 minutes early taken to exam room minutes after appt time. Dr Ross’s intern was excellent, as is the surgeon who carefully listened, while answering easily understood questions. Surgery went excellent, seems the local delivered during procedure, was so well placed, I felt zero pain till 15 hours post OP! Didn’t even really need an aspirin for pain because worst part was already over. Really remarkable, now able to bear full weight on leg fully extended, working Dr. Ross’s concise program provided, 72 hours after. The group works with Gloria Drummond PT center staff hand in hand, completing the full care. Thank you Dr. Ross, my complex meniscus tear feels so much better.

I was referred to Dr Ross by another surgeon for epicondylitis. He was very matter of fact, examined my elbow but was unable to find the issue & was ready to leave. Until his student who already examined & found the problem spoke up & showed the Dr where it was. The he proceeds to tell me I need surgery, I said no thanks. Does he need the student to help him find the problem? Being an elderly female I found him curt & uninterested in me as patient until he said I need surgery. He walked out.

I was suffering and had the golf elbow for years. I tried everything possible - cortisone shots, PRP and etc. Visited dozen of doctors suggesting many month treatments and etc. I was really lucky to be a patient of Dr. Ross. I was very impressed by his high-level professionalism, skills and attention to patient rather to typing notes on the hospital computer. Im highly recommending Dr. Ross and couple of friends who have similar elbow problems are going to visit Dr. Ross only.

I was very disappointed in Dr. Ross. At first he seemed competent and concerned but after I had surgery and was not improving he was not helpful at all. He seemed very unconcerned and did not offer any advice even after I asked. I feel that he did not give me the relevant information for me to understand my problem.

I absolutely cannot write enough good things about this clinic, the entire staff and the facility itself. I was treated many times by DR Ross JR have great "bedside manners," and it is obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in everything he does. Every single staff person, from the receptionist to the nurses are sincerely friendly and caring. The facility itself is state of the art and comprehensive - equipment. I guarantee you will be as impressed and satisfied as I am

I had a complete tear of my hamstring from the ischial. I was evaluated by Dr. Ross, I found him to have a good bedside manner and after a little research, a qualified surgeon. My issue was that I was not informed of what to expect during and/or after this surgery; I was totally unprepared. My 2 hour outpatient surgery, turned into a 4 hours and a 4 day stay in the hospital; I was beside myself, I hadn't prepared at all for this possibility. His assistant could not answer any of my questions. ??
