The communication with this Dr office is inconsistent, obscure, contradicting and misleading, from the secretary to the nurses to the Doctors and to the head Doctor that owns MAIC/MAPC. Here is an example, regarding my test results. How in the world are test results supposed to be interpreted when the results that I see are different than the results that the Doctors see? I raised this concern, only to have the head Doctor condescendingly explain to me how allergy testing work - which I didnt and still don't understand how the results that the Dr sees are different than the results that the patient sees. I might be wrong about this example, but I did not feel welcomed with the arrogant attitude carried at this office. “On our end the values show up in red with yellow highlighted background. I believe this may be where the confusion in our initial message to you stemmed from. I did check the attached pdf you sent us with one of your last portal messages to us and noticed the results on your end look a little different"
