Dr. Rutter routinely reviews my health metrics and provides treatment based on my health trends. He does not overmedicate and allows me the freedom to choose my own healthcare strategy. He responds quickly and precisely when I contact him with questions through Integris and Me. I am very pleased that he is my primary care physician.
